The ALERTABLU application provides real-time information about the Itajaí-Açu River, rainfall, and flooding. It offers various features, including monitoring the river levels and their surveillance status (attention, alert, and readiness).

If the river level is in a state of readiness, the system will display the level forecast for the next hour. Additionally, users can register locations to monitor, and if the location's quota is within the forecasted level, the app will alert the user about the prediction. It also includes alerts for weather changes and landslides.

• Access information about the river, floods, quotas, weather forecast, and temperature.
• Track rainfall at stations in various regions of Blumenau.
• Consult phone numbers, emails, and contacts for the Municipality and emergency services.
• Report a Civil Defense incident, provide geolocation information, and submit a photo.
• Search for shelters nearest to you using your phone's GPS; it lists the distance in meters, clickable phone numbers, and Google Maps links.
• Receive Meteorological Alerts with emergency information about upcoming hours of rain.
• Rain Conditions and Landslide Probability listed by regions with descriptive status and color-coded according to their levels.
• Traffic Notifications - Information about traffic jams and traffic conditions in Blumenau.
